Manage Categories

Manage categories beyond the preset list to match your budget-tracker categories. Preset and custom category names are synced here for defaults and exports.

Child Profiles

Add a child profile for each receiver in budget-tracker. Each profile can have an optional default category.

Assign a profile from the export preview to each scraped line item. Profile default category will be used when an item does not already have a category.

Exclude previously exported orders from export When enabled, orders that were previously exported will be automatically excluded from CSV exports

Exclude returned/refunded items from export When enabled, items marked as returned or refunded by Amazon will be excluded from CSV exports. Disable to include them.

Invoice fetch pacing Default 800ms. Lower = faster export but higher chance of Amazon's anti-bot throttling (503 errors, country-preference redirects). Stay above ~300ms unless your account has very few orders.

Cached invoice data Counting… Invoice data is cached per order so re-exports are instant. Clear it after the parser changes so subsequent scans re-fetch with the new logic.
